NEW RAW VEGAN CHOCOLATE PUDDING WITH WHIPPED CREAM
When I was 8-years-old, my oldest brother was 18 and he had a part-time job working for a large yoghurt company. To my delight, he would bring home trays of yoghurts. However, my absolute favourite was the chocolate pudding with whipped cream. Of course, everything was full of sugar and not vegan.
I have just thought recently about this pudding again because I created a recipe for raw vegan whipped cream.
This new recipe tastes like the pudding of my childhood, however it is raw vegan, organic, processed sugar-free, and even tastier.
