My husband loves fruit mince pies for Christmas. When I made a raw vegan fruit mince pie to freeze for our family Christmas get together, my husband asked me not to freeze it because, he said, it was better than any baked fruit mince pie he has ever had and that this pie would be gone in no time. So I now have to make another pie for our party, this time, I will prepare it the night before.:)
